How do I book?
Online, at any time. Choose your treatment, add any extras, then pick a time that suits you. You'll get a confirmation by email and a reminder before your appointment.
Do you do evening appointments?
Yes, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:15pm to 9:30pm. Rosie also takes appointments at weekends.
What is the natural range?
Natural BIAB in clear, milky white or soft pink only, with no coloured gels. It's for NHS workers, healthcare professionals and anyone who loves a clean, natural finish. If you work in a clinical area, check your trust's uniform policy first, as many ask for bare nails on shift.
Can I add nail art or a French tip?
Yes. You can add a French tip, chrome, white ombre tips or nail art when you book, and the extra time is added to your booking. The booking page shows which extras go with each treatment.
How long does an appointment take?
It depends on the treatment, from 20 minutes for a single Gel X repair to 2 hours for a full set of Gel X extensions, plus the time for any extras you add. The length of every treatment is listed on the treatments page.
Is there a free consultation?
Yes. Rosie offers a free 15-minute consultation, which you can book online like any treatment.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation Policy 🤍 Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged 50% of the appointment price. Thank you for understanding 🤍
